熔岩蛋糕就是罪惡的代名詞
切開巧克力蛋糕
裡頭就會緩緩流洩出巧克力岩漿
香港叫心太軟
反差很大的名字
超級可愛
不過做法非常簡單
也沒有特別需要注意的地方
奶油跟巧克力切小塊一些會比較方便操作就是了

下面就是全部的材料了~是不是超簡單!

巧克力 150g
奶油 150g
隔水加熱
B
雞蛋 3顆
糖減到50g
攪完倒回A
C
低粉 50g
ABC一起拌勻

模具先抹油後灑上可可粉
將拌勻的麵糊倒入九分滿
放入冰箱冷藏至表面凝固
進氣炸200度10分鐘
