這款麵粉只有一點點的蛋糕
新手也不易失敗
吃起來蛋味十足還帶著一點焦糖香
像我阿爸心臟衰竭不太能吃麵粉類食物
這款就很適合他

6"活動模+烘焙紙鋪好

乳酪起司 250g
糖 80g
蛋黃 1個
全蛋 2個
鮮奶油 170g
香草精 一滴
低粉 6g

預熱200度氣炸鍋5min
烤180度 21min

乳酪起司先室溫放軟
攪拌到滑順後分兩次下砂糖
攪至無顆粒
分次依序將材料下完攪至均勻
最後將麵粉糊過篩後
倒入鋪好烘焙紙的6吋活動模
敲掉大氣泡
進爐

出爐時看起來澎澎的
搖起來還會晃動

移至放涼架

等回到室溫後包保鮮膜進冰箱冷藏8H
